Adjustable collar with no clips or buckles, collar tightens by 3″ when main ring is pulled which stops dogs backing out of their collars without choking them. Slip over the head then fit while on the dog. Collar should be worn loose when no pressure is on the ring and fitted so it doesn’t choke when tightened
