Journey to the Rainbow Bridge is a lovely book. It manages to cover a sad topic with warmth and insight and the message of adventure and companionship is uplifting. The story is written with poetry which makes it easy to read aloud to children and the illustrations are sublime for any age of reader. My young niece enjoyed the story without being aware of the meaning behind it but I’m sure anyone using this to help children understand the loss of a pet will find it very helpful. Any dog lover would enjoy this book especially because the profits go to such a good cause.
I would definitely recommend.
